New Charms!

It has been a really long time that I have been so excited about something at work. Well world, I am soooo excited about a new line we are going to have. They are Chamilia Charms. They are made of sterling silver (some in 14kt yellow gold) and have beads, charms and so many other fun things! Not to mention they are inexpensive, but a nice piece of jewelry. They even have pink ribbon charms that profits are given to Breast Cancer research. Everyone should definitly check out these great bracelets...they can be a great gift too! Go to: www.chamilia.com.

Cheers!

New Love

Today, I went to a wedding for two people who were widowed early in their marriages. After their kids have grown in to respectable adults, they have finally let their guards down to find new love after years of putting their families first. The wedding was smaller with close family and friends. The bride was blushing and gorgeous. They truely had their first kiss when the pastor told the groom to kiss his new bride. There was a great deal of love and respect between the couple. I was honored to be apart of this special day. Congrats to Drew and Sarah.

Summer Time

The thing I love about summer time is the evenings when it is cool enough to lounge around without a care in the world. Last night Jared and I took the dogs to the park at 1st Avenue and it was so quiet there. We were practically alone in this big peaceful park except a man and his son were shooting hoops at the other end. We spread out on the lawn and threw the ball for the dogs until they were out of breathe.....for a minute and then threw the ball some more. Lucy could play ball for hours even when she's dead tired. Cobe is just happy having the ball in front of him laying in the middle of the action.

Ouch!

It has officially been a week and three days since having surgery on my foot preformed. Today, I had gotten my stitches removed in the hope that it would feel even better than my foot had after a crazy long working weekend in Tacoma, WA. However, I have come to find that I seem to be even more miserable than before. My big toe is swollen, but in a funny way. The back side of my big toe is swollen yet the front is not nor is the surgical cut. Does this seem correct to anyone? I brought this attention to my doctor, whom I adore, and he merely said that I needed to ice and relax my foot. Meaning, "slow down". Who does he think I am? I am not a slow person but yet a very active, can't sit down and especially do nothing forever person! It was so miserable sitting with my foot up for three days straight, having people wait on me. It's one thing to do it on purpose because you want to, it's another when you HAVE to do this. Believe me, it's no day at the park. It might sound like I am complaining....yet, I am just very aware of the situation at hand or more....at foot have you.
